  • Delays: Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to high order volumes.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the shipping method and destination.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided at checkout.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number.
  • Carrier Information: Orders are shipped via reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your shipment will be indicated in the shipping confirmation email.

6. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Luna Luxe Clothing Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier for assistance.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Address Changes

  • Before Shipment: If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the change if the order has not yet been processed.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
